Team Info

December 23rd at 8:00am & 11:45am in Fond du Lac, WI

Each tryout session will be 1 hour in length and focus on the following

• Skills with drills approximately for  15 minutes each session
• Game Scrimmages (4x4 or 5x5) for 45 minutes each session

Skaters participating in the Great Lakes Identification Tryouts will be first offered a spot to play on a Gold team. If players are not offered a spot on a Great Lakes Gold team, skaters can be offered a spot on a Great Lakes Silver team. 

A Great Lakes Silver Team will be formed after the Identification Tryouts with the goal of having enough skaters to form a team. 

PRACTICES

Regional Practices

Great Lakes will be hosting regional practices starting the week of May 12th through June 10th. Regional Practices are optional ice dedicated to skaters participating on a Great Lakes Summer Team.

Practices are hosted in Oshkosh YMCA & McFarland Community Ice Center.

Great Lakes Silver Team skaters are invited to the Regional Practices with the Great Lakes Gold Team skaters.

Team Practices

Each Great Lakes team will have a weekend of practice with their team before each of their tournaments.

TOURNAMENTS

Independent Classic: May 16th-18th in Minneapolis, MN

Liberty Classic: June 20th-22nd in Minneapolis, MN

COST

$700

• Payment Plans are available!
  • Payment Plan 1: 25% down, and the remaining cost is spread over 3 months starting in January.
  • Payment Plan 2: 50% down, and the remaining cost is spread over 3 months starting in January.

An additional $100 is charged to skaters who do not have jerseys and/or socks. If skaters have their jerseys and socks from last year, they are allowed to reuse them.
